Many of us find it
a very tedious task to read all the legal documents that relate to
our homeowners association, but on occasion we find a need to
understand a specific issue within these legal documents. The
webmaster has scanned all of the documents into an Acrobat Reader
format where the viewer can search the entire document for specific
keywords related to the issue you are researching, saving you the
time of reading the entire document and taking you directly to the
information you seek.
To access the
Kensington Village Homeowner’s Association C.C. & R.'s click on the
"CC&R's Request", at the top of this page, and it will open the
appropriate document in Acrobat Reader.
To Search the
document click on the binoculars and enter the keyword you feel is
related to the issue you are researching. Click Ok and the Acrobat
Reader will (one by one) take you to and hi-light that word within
the C.C. & R's document. This puts you in the area of the documents
that you want to research!
Keep in mind that
you need the Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do
not have it, you may download it for free by
CLICKING HERE and following Adobe’s
instruction to download and install it.
