You must use only the
complete specified color scheme on each page.

There is no “mixing and
matching” from one scheme to another.

You will notice a “VP”
(Vista Paint) number by each color. That is the specific color code for
that color used by the employees at the Vista Paint stores. Of course, you
may use whatever brand of paint you wish.

Vista Paint will be giving
a discount to all Kensington Village homeowners.

Please complete and process
the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) form prior to painting the
outside of your home. You may obtain a form either in the back of this
book, from any ACC member: Tony Fenech, Tim Carey, Roland Ewert, Darryl
Cirel, Tony Babiak, or from our website at:
