KENSINGTON VILLAGE   12-2005
CURRENT AND NEW COLOR SCHEMES

The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to present nine new color schemes to compliment our six existing color schemes for repainting your homes. We feel that the opportunity to have fifteen choices affords homeowners a unique opportunity to have numerous and varied color schemes while maintaining the architectural harmony we have strived to maintain.

Here are some simple, yet important, steps to follow in repainting your home. We thank you for your cooperation and investment in the future of our community.

bullet You may select any one-color scheme to paint the exterior of your home.

CLICK HERE to view Color Schemes

NOTE: The attached files present the viewer with color chips - HOWEVER! depending on the quality of your video card and /or monitor the colors may not be exactly rendered.  Please ask any Board member or ACC Member to view their book for true color renditions....

bullet You must use only the complete specified color scheme on each page.

bullet There is no “mixing and matching” from one scheme to another.

bullet You will notice a “VP” (Vista Paint) number by each color. That is the specific color code for that color used by the employees at the Vista Paint stores. Of course, you may use whatever brand of paint you wish.

bullet Vista Paint will be giving a discount to all Kensington Village homeowners.

bullet The Vista Paint stores at 2400 East 17th Street (17th and Tustin) Santa Ana and 2341 N. Tustin Ave. Orange will have a selection book like this one.

bullet Please complete and process the ACC (Architectural Control Committee) form prior to painting the outside of your home. You may obtain a form either in the back of this book, from any ACC member: Tony Fenech, Tim Carey, Roland Ewert, Darryl Cirel, Tony Babiak, or from our website at:

http://kensingtonvillage.com/pdfs/accapp.pdf

bullet Submit the completed ACC form to:
Tony Fenech, ACC Chairman, at 597 N. Turnberry Drive

bullet You MUST receive ACC approval prior to starting any project.

Thank you for doing your part in keeping KENSINGTON VILLAGE beautiful.
