REALTORS!!!!!

If you are planning on selling your home please inform your realtor the following:

1. Absolutely no posting of your gate code in the Realtor Multiple Listings. The Board does monitor these listings and will cancel/void your gate code if found in the public side of the multiple listings. No Exceptions.

2. The Realtor or yourself must let realtor caravans or other realtors within Kensington. PLEASE DO NOT have realtors call Board members to let them in the gate.

3. Signage in the front entry must be approved by the ACC "before" it is put up. The "selling homeowner" must provide this request to the ACC.

4. Realtors will NOT be afforded any information by Gold Coast Enterprises Property Management. So PLEASE DO NOT have your realtor call Gold Coast Enterprises Property Management. Only the homeowner of record may request information from Gold Coast Enterprises Property Management. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!
